DETAILED ITINERARY:

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival + City Tour (Meals: Lunch/ Dinner)

➤ Welcome guests at Noi Bai International Airport (New Terminal Gate 02 (Meeting point at Column 10)) then transfer to the city for hotel check-in. However, hotel standard check-in time starts from 14:00 hours, early check-in to hotel rooms is subject to room availability or at the hotel’s own discretion.

Lunch at a restaurant. Try to enjoy Vietnamese cuisine. Vegetarian food is available. 

➤ After lunch is completed, continue for an electric cart tour in Hanoi Old Quarter Quarter.

ELECTRIC CART TOUR (30 – 45 MINUTES) ~ HANOI OLD QUARTER (THE 36 ANCIENT STREETS) – Ride in the heart of Hanoi, the route is about 7km with 10 stations; with Dinh Tien Hoang Street is both the first and the final stop. The itinerary contains up to 28 commercial streets, 13 old streets, 3 pagodas, 8 historic sites and many tourism destinations around Hoan Kiem Lake area and Dong Xuan Market. 

Hanoi Old Quarter has a long history of 2000 years of development which is the beating heart of the city. The quarter consists mainly of 36 Old Streets divided and named according to their craft guides in the past, and remains most of that working system until now. This area is also the eternal soul of Hanoi and cultural architecture, historic relics and religious center.

Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 2: Hanoi – Hoa Lu – Tam Coc (Meals: Breakfast/ Lunch/ Dinner)

Breakfast at the hotel. After that, we start the 2nd day of 4D3N Hanoi Halong Ninh Binh Tour to Ninh Binh Province, we visit Hoa Lu Ancient Capital. 

In 968, Dinh Bo Linh declared himself as the King. Since then Hoa Lu existed as the capital for the next 41 years (968 – 1009), of which 12 years was under the Dinh dynasty – King Dinh Tien Hoang, the country named Dai Co Viet, and 29 years later was under the Le dynasty – King Le Dai Hanh. In 1010, King Ly Thai To moved the capital from Hoa Lu to Thang Long – present Hanoi. Hoa Lu became the old citadel. In Hoa Lu, there are now 2 temples built on the ground of the old royal palace, one is dedicated to King Dinh Tien Hoang, the other is to King Le Dai Hanh. The visit offers a chance to know more about part of feudal dynasties and historical periods in Vietnamese history.

Proceed to local restaurant for lunch and continue an amazing boat ride to Tam Coc, you will get on bamboo boat – rowed by the local people – in Hoang Long River to visit Tam Coc (three caves) on the way, you also have chance to see the paddy field if you visit Tam Coc in April or September.

After the boat trip, we drive back to Hanoi. Enjoy dinner & Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 3: Hanoi – Halong Bay Day Tour with Kayaking/ Rowing Boat (Meals: Breakfast/ Lunch/ Dinner) 

07:45 – 08:20: We will pick you up from the lobby of your hotel to start the Halong Bay 1 day tour. We will drive about 3:30 hours to get to Harbor in Halong Bay.

You will enjoy the beauty of rice fields with busy farmers working using Vietnamese traditional methods of cultivation on the way (We have a break 30 mins in the middle).

Check in the boat at noon, while lunch has been prepared by Crews on Cruise. While having lunch, the Captain will drive the Boat Cruising around the most magnificent bay and among thousands of islands that jut out of the sea with its spectacular natural environment. On the way, our guide shows you some special islands: Cho Da Island, Dinh Huong Island and Ga Choi Island. After that, you will also have the opportunity to stop at two of the many grottoes.

The stop of 4 hours cruise is Thien Cung Cave (Heavenly Palace Grotto), located on a remote island in the bay. As the name suggests, the cave is adorned with fantastic stalactites and stalagmites. Colored lights transform the scene into a fairytale palace.
