1. Cuc Phuong National Park
Cuc Phuong National Park (or Cuc Phuong forest) is the first national park in Vietnam, located on the border of three regions: the Northwest, the Red River Delta and the North Central Coast in three provinces: Ninh Binh, Hoa Binh, Thanh Hoa.

3. King Dinh Temple and King Le Temple
King Dinh Tien Hoang Temple is an important relic in the special protection area of the Hoa Lu ancient capital heritage complex. The temple is located in Truong Yen commune, Hoa Lu, Ninh Binh.
King Dinh Temple, along with King Le Temple, is ranked among the “Top 100 famous 100-year-old structures in Vietnam”. Like other relics of the ancient capital of Hoa Lu, King Dinh Temple is located in the Trang An World Heritage Complex, recognized by UNESCO in 2014.
King Le Dai Hanh Temple is a national historical and cultural relic in the special relic site of Hoa Lu ancient capital, Ninh Binh province. The temple worships King Le Dai Hanh, Queen Mother Duong Van Nga, Le Long Dinh, and also has a memorial tablet for Princess Le Thi Phat Ngan and General Pham Cu Luong.
The temple is located 300 meters from King Dinh Tien Hoang temple, in the eastern citadel of the ancient capital Hoa Lu, now Yen Thanh ancient village, Truong Yen commune, Ninh Binh.
4. Bai Dinh Pagoda
Bai Dinh Pagoda is located on Highway 38B, in Gia Sinh Commune, Gia Vien District, Ninh Binh Province, about 15km from Ninh Binh City Center. This is a large pagoda complex known for holding the most records in Asia and Vietnam.
The Bai Dinh pagoda complex currently consists of an ancient pagoda and a new pagoda built in 2003. 5. Hang Mua
Mua Cave is located at the foot of Mua Mountain in the eco-tourism complex in Khe Dau Ha village, Ninh Xuan commune, Hoa Lu, Ninh Binh.
The highlight of this tourist destination, in addition to the beautiful scenery, is the path leading to the top of Mua Mountain, built in the style of the Great Wall of China with nearly 500 stone steps.

According to legend, when King Tran returned to Hoa Lu to establish Am Thai Vi, he often came here to listen to the beautiful women and concubines dance and sing. Therefore, this place was named Hang Mua.

The entire area includes a system of limestone caves and historical relics related to the Vu Lam palace of the Tran Dynasty located mainly in Ninh Hai commune, Hoa Lu, Ninh Binh. The Trang An – Tam Coc scenic complex is ranked as a special national monument and has been recognized by UNESCO as a world heritage site.
7. Van Long tourist area
Van Long is the largest wetland nature reserve in the Red River Delta, located in the northeast of Gia Vien district, Ninh Binh province. In 1999, it became a nature reserve, listed in the list of wetland protection areas and the list of special-use forests in Vietnam.
Not only is it a nature reserve, Van Long wetland is also a place with attractive landscapes. Van Long is known as the “bay without waves” because when traveling by boat on the lagoon, visitors will see the water surface as flat as a giant mirror.

8. Non Nuoc Mountain
Non Nuoc Mountain (ancient name is Duc Thuy Son), is a mountain located right at the confluence of Van River and Day River, sandwiched between Non Nuoc Bridge and Ninh Binh Bridge.
The mountain is an outpost located at the eastern gateway of Ninh Binh city. The way to the top of Non Nuoc is through 72 brick and stone steps, divided into 5 levels. The mountain top is relatively flat, with green trees, very convenient for visitors to rest and entertain.
Right at the foot of Non Nuoc Mountain is Non Nuoc Pagoda – an ancient pagoda built during the reign of King Ly Nhan Tong. In 2006, the pagoda was renovated to be more spacious but still retains its sacred and quiet appearance.
9. Thach Bich – Thung Nang
Thung Nang is a Ninh Binh tourist destination that attracts visitors with its ripe rice fields and emerald green rivers.
Thung Nang is located in Dam Khe village, Ninh Hai commune, Hoa Lu district. True to its name, the sun shines everywhere, from the leaves, the rustic thatched roofs along the shore, down to the bottom of the water, creating a brilliant and peaceful scene.
Thung Nang is divided into the outer Thung Nang of 3 hectares and the inner Thung Nang of more than 5 hectares, connected by a system of caves running through the mountain, with low ceilings and stalactites hanging down in a variety of different shapes.
10. Kenh Ga Van Trinh Tourist Area
Kenh Ga – Van Trinh tourist area is one of the largest tourist areas in Ninh Binh . This tourist area is located in the floodplain of Hoang Long river, bordering the two districts of Gia Vien and Nho Quan, formed on the basis of investment and connection of two famous tourist spots: Kenh Ga hot spring and Van Trinh cave.
