DETAILS ITINERARY:

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival + City Tour (Meals: Lunch/Dinner)

Welcome guests at Noi Bai International Airport (New Terminal Gate 02 (Meeting point at Column 14)) then transfer to the city for hotel check-in. However, hotel standard check-in time starts from 14:00 hours, early check into hotel rooms are subject to room availabilities or at the hotel’s own discretions.

Next, visit local attractions at Tran Quoc Pagoda @ West Lake then to Ba Dinh Square and photo stops at Presidential Palace, St Joseph Cathedral and Hanoi Opera House.

After lunch complete, continue for electric cart tour in Hanoi Old Quarter & French Quarter.

ELECTRIC CART TOUR (30 – 45 MINUTES) ~ HANOI OLD QUARTER (THE 36 ANCIENT STREETS) – Ride in the heart of Hanoi, the route is about 7km with 10 stations; with Dinh Tien Hoang Street is both the first and the final stop. The itinerary contains up to 28 commercial streets, 13 old streets, 3 pagodas, 8 historic sites and many tourism destinations around the Hoan Kiem Lake area and Dong Xuan Market. Hanoi Old Quarter has a long history of 2000 years of development which is the beating heart old the city. The quarter consists mainly of 36 Old Streets divided and named according to their craft guides in the past, and remain most of that working system until now. This area is also the eternal soul of Hanoian cultural architecture, historic relics and religious center. Finally, watch a water puppet show.

Breakfast at hotel, 08:00 our car and tour guide come to pick you up at the hotel. And then we will drive to Halong, Stopover for rest and shopping. Halong Bay- One of the earliest World Heritages Sited designated by UNESCO for Vietnam in 1994. Check-in our boat and enjoy a lunch of fresh seafood while the boat goes about unusual seascape with thousands of picturesque rocks and islets, beaches and hollow islands. We can stop to visit some karsts grottoes or just go swimming, or stop at a beach and enjoy the sunset on the sea

Day 3: Halong Bay – Bamboo Factory- Hanoi (Meals: Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

You should wake up early to enjoy the dawn on the sea in the early morning. The Vietnamese call the “East Sea” by a point-oriented name “Eastern Sea”, so you may guess how miraculous seeing the sunrise over the islets of the Bay. After breakfast our boat will continue to cruise in marvelous areas, where almost every islet has its own name, adopting its shape or reminiscent like Sail Island, Fisherman’s head rock, Butterfly rock or Turtle islet, etc. Lunch onboard, Back to Harbour, visiting Bamboo Factory and then take our car back to Hanoi for hotel check-in. You are free at leisure. Enjoy dinner & Overnight in Hanoi.

08:00 Leave Hanoi Capital for Ninh Binh, enjoy the beautiful sceneries of the rural areas on the way.

About 10:00 arrive at Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, visit the two temples of King Dinh and King Le in the 10th century, finding out the heroic histories of these two Kings in Chinese Wars. After that, we go to Tam Coc (10 km far from Hoa Lu). King Dinh Tien Hoang chose this mountain location as the water systems fed from the mountains were perfect for both agriculture and defense. Enjoy the sight of palaces, pagodas, tombs and pavilions built by different dynasties and visit the Dinh and Le Temples, the two remaining architectures of Hoa Lu.

Have lunch at a local restaurant.

After lunch you will get on bamboo boat – rowed by the local people – in Ngo Dong River to visit Tam Coc (three caves) on the way, you also have a chance to see the paddy field if you visit Tam Coc in April or September.

Tam Coc, literally “three caves”, consists of three natural caves — Hang Ca, Hang Hai, and Hang Ba — on the Ngo Dong River. Tourists are taken in small boats along the river from the village of Van Lam, through rice fields and limestone karsts, through the caves, and back. Local women serve as guides and attempt to sell embroidered goods to their passengers. The area is nicknamed “the inland Ha Long Bay”.

16:00 Get on car/van/bus back to Hanoi.
